"I tried the Chicken Biryani from Aripa recently, and honestly, it was really good. The chicken was soft, the masala had great flavour, and the portion was pretty filling.The customer service was also friendly… no attitude, nothing. Overall, I had a genuinely good experience there, and I’d happily go again."

"Total chaos. I was really disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered a takeaway—just look at their pathetic garnish. I chose takeout because the restaurant had a strong unpleasant odor, and I even saw the waiter wiping a plate with the same cloth used to clean the tables. Have taken up the issue with the owner as well as food safety department. Let's see who will take action first."

"I used to go arippa for dinner almost every week back when it started. The quality has deteriorated over the years. In my recent revisit I ordered Ravuthor CB and kappa meen curry with drinks (passion fruit and another with pineapple ). The quality of everything was pretty poor. Chicken in biriyani was quite over cooked, kappa was undercooked and drinks were over sweetened. Compared to how it used to be the food quality has gone down. Currently it's just a shell of what it used to be and is just purely overhyped by the social media."

"We had an unfortunately disappointing experience at Arippa Pallimukku during our first visit for lunch. We placed our order for fish curry meals, squid roast, porotta, biriyani, and pineapple lime. After about 10 minutes, the waiter informed us that fish curry meals were no longer available. A few minutes later, we were also told that squid roast was not available either. This constant back-and-forth clearly reflected poor coordination and miscommunication, which spoiled the dining experience for us. Adding to this, it was extremely difficult to find proper parking around the restaurant, making it quite inconvenient. Because of these issues, we finally decided to leave without eating and only drank pineapple lime. On the positive side, the waiter attending to us was polite, well-behaved, and handled the situation as best as he could, which we really appreciate. Hoping this was just an off day and not the usual experience here."
