Canvas Restaurant & Pizzeria

"We visited Canvas restaurant to celebrate one of our friends birthday. We will on a Tuesday evening around 8 PM and it was fully packed. The restaurant has two sections one in the front, which is a non-AC and a section in the back which is AC . The weather was pleasant, so we sat in the front. The menu consist of pizza, pasta, and some great salads. We ordered a prawn spaghetti., vegetarian pizza, feta salad, canvas special salad and vegetarian lasagna. We could see a big brick oven for preparing the pizzas. Pizza’s had a nice crusty Neapolitan base and were topped with fresh rocket leaves. The salads were extremely delicious and were made of fresh ingredients. Canvas special salad had mozzarella cheese along with basil, which added to the bold flavour of the salad. The service was nice and hospitable, and we did not feel rushed a nice restaurant to visit if you’re in the area."

"A must visit for pizza and pasta. Cannot emphasis more than this. The food is awesome and fresh in every sense, be it a mint lime drink or the gnocchi pasta or the simple potato Wednesday. We could not find a single aspect of the food that we can complain for. Staff's attitude is in complete harmony of the food. Extremely polite and accepted the modifications we requested. From the crispy calamari rings to the wood-fired pizzas, creamy pasta, refreshing iced tea and ginger lime juice — every dish truly lived up to the great reviews I read online. The wood-fired pizza deserves a special mention — authentic flavours with a perfect smoky touch! The ambience is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, a delightful experience — a must-visit spot in Fort Kochi! Highly recommended !!"

"we ordered mushroom pizza and it was blowing our minds! the bread was close to perfection; crispy on the crust, soft and moist on the inside. we can tell that they use fresh and high quality ingredients. the risotto was ok ok. we picked pizza nutella for the dessert and its the best decision we ever made. i know it was late night and bad to have that big amount of calories buy trust me that was heaven! i'd recommend you to make a reservation, because they're pretty packed."
