"Completely Ruined Our Dinner – Absolutely Disappointed! I honestly don’t know where to begin. We went to Neydhal for a birthday dinner with high expectations, especially after hearing some good reviews — but the experience turned out to be a total disaster. To start with, half the items on the menu weren’t even available. That should’ve been our first red flag. But we stayed and ordered anyway — and that’s when things went downhill. The parotta was dry, stale, and felt like it was reheated from the previous day. And the so-called gravy? It was so off-putting it looked and tasted like someone had already vomited it once. I’m being brutally honest — it was disgusting. We ordered multiple dishes — butter garlic prawns, prawn ghee roast, prawn mango curry, prawn fried rice, appam, paal parotta, and more. Not a single item was up to the mark. Everything either lacked flavor, was overcooked, under-cooked, or just plain inedible. I genuinely started wondering if there was even a proper chef in the kitchen — or was it someone just experimenting with seafood for the first time? Only the butter garlic prawns and mandi were somewhat okay — not great, just manageable. The service was average at best — there was one person who tried his best to help, but the rest of the staff looked totally clueless and uninterested, roaming the hall like they didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing. On top of all this, the prices are ridiculously high for such poor quality food. Honestly, I’ve had better meals at roadside stalls. This was supposed to be a celebration, but instead, it was a night of regret. Our dinner was completely ruined, and I walked out feeling cheated and frustrated. Not recommended at all. Totally disappointed. Never returning."

"We as a team of 35 people went to this restaurant as a part of Christmas celebration. They were very cooperative in setting up the space for us. We all had chicken mandi and Malabar chicken biriyani and lime. We liked the food and service. The team was very friendly in taking orders, delivering, serving, answering queries."

"I had chicken mandi with gravy chicken in it. The chicken in it had a smokey smell, that translated into the taste, i couldn't tolerate that and it lasted till the end of my lunch. Others from family had cheman pal paratha, veg meals, and meen pozhichadhu, all were not upto the mark in terms of taste. Icecream was poor, it felt like a whip cream."

"I tried their Signature Dish Octopus , and they've nailed the recipe!.. Really loved the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The portion was more than enough, which was worth it. Thanks for the Good Food & Service. 😍"
