"I had a terrible experience with this caterer. I ordered Sadhya for 13 members, but the quantity delivered was hardly enough for 8 people. When I called and questioned, instead of accepting the mistake, they behaved rudely. Only after insisting did they deliver the remaining food. The person named Jayashree spoke very harshly, even threatening to come to my office, saying “you won’t pay.” They also gave a damaged leaf when I had simply requested an extra one. On top of this, they overcharged me by ₹1000 and even wrote a false bill for 4 whole meals, which is completely unethical as they gave the quantity low . This shows a total lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers. For an important occasion, such irresponsible service caused unnecessary embarrassment. I would never recommend them to anyone. Please be careful before trusting them with your orders."

"Yesterday I tried ghee rice and chicken gravy at Kerala Ruchi, but the gravy was watery. The vattalappam was good, and the ada pradhaman payasam was also good. Overall, it's okay for a one-time try."
