"I took my parents here for lunch to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. My dad absolutely loved the food and so did everyone who joined us.
We had Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Fried Lotus Stem and Dim Sum as starters. Then we had Chole Bhatura (Normal and Paneer types) and Lassi (Sweets & Mango) as main course. For dessert it was gulab jamun."

"A FAMILIAR VEGETARIAN STOP...WITH SPICE TURNED UP A NOTCH
Kailash Parbat is a well-known vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore, and our recent Monday lunch visit here was a fairly relaxed affair, with the place not too crowded at that hour. Although the restaurant is located within Brookefields Mall, it has a separate external entrance, which is convenient and gives it a stand-alone restaurant feel. An added advantage is the dedicated parking facility, sparing diners the need to navigate the mall’s underground parking.
This was probably our second or third visit, and we opted for the executive thali lunch. The spread was reasonably generous and reflected the restaurant’s largely North Indian vegetarian orientation. While the overall taste was acceptable, a major drawback was that most dishes were excessively spicy, despite our clear request for medium to low spice levels. This did dampen the enjoyment, especially for those with a milder palate.
Kailash Parbat is widely known for its chaat items, which perhaps remain its strongest draw, though we did not sample them this time. Service was passable but not particularly attentive, and the noise levels were fairly high, possibly due to the enclosed space and steady footfall.
Overall, it remains a reliable vegetarian option in Coimbatore, but better control over spice levels would significantly enhance the dining experience."

"Good place for vegetarian food.
Has a lot of variety and different cuisines.
Service is very fast and good.
Little bit costlier, but it was worth the time spent there.
Location is on the car entrance of the brookfields mall..parking is available in front. And also in the mall basement parking"
"Tried a few items here. The chaat platter was okay—not great, but manageable. Pav bhaji was good and flavorful. The highlight for me was the kulcha with mushroom masala, which was really tasty and well-prepared. Overall, a decent place with some good dishes worth trying."
"The restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a wide variety of traditional Rajasthani food. The authentic flavors, rich spices, and well-cooked dishes truly reflect the culture of Rajasthan. From dal baati to local curries, the taste feels fresh and satisfying. Along with Rajasthani cuisine, the restaurant also provides good choices of South Indian food, making it suitable for guests with different preferences. Dosas, idlis, and sambhar are well-prepared and served hot. The food quality is good, portions are adequate, and overall taste is enjoyable. It is a great place to enjoy diverse Indian cuisines in one spot."
