"We tried the chicken biryani, ghee rice combo, parotta, and beef nadan fry. The beef nadan fry was the highlight… really tasty and well cooked! The rest of the dishes were quite average, and the chicken was a bit too dry in all of them. Service could definitely be better; they seemed in a hurry for guests to finish up. Ambience isn’t very comfortable, so more of a quick-eat place than one to sit and relax."

"Zam Zam remains a favorite! Their Shawai and Shawarma are top-tier and a must-have. The Chilli Chicken Dry is an absolute standout. While the Dragon Chicken and soup were just okay, their service is excellent—they quickly replaced a salty Mutton Kabab without any hassle. Great experience overall!"

"During my trivandrum days I visited there often and recently I went there with my family ordered biriyani faloida and alfahm. The taste was fabulous nothing to be regret about but the quantity of rice in biriyani was less. They have given 2 pieces and egg but the rice was only small in quantity. We would have to wait for sometime to get seated Eventhough there are some veg option I would not recommend vegies. Atmosphere is bit crowded"
