"A truly authentic place that gets everything right. The food is absolutely amazing—full of real, traditional flavors and cooked to perfection. Every bite felt fresh, tasty, and genuinely comforting. Service deserves a special mention: the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Another big plus is the ample parking right in front, which makes the visit completely hassle-free. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves authentic snacks and great food served with heart. 👍"
"Very disappointing experience.
We ordered multiple items, and the Paalkkappa had a clearly bad taste. All four of us felt the same, and it also had a smell indicating it had started to go old. We immediately reported this to the staff.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, they refused to accept any feedback and claimed the chef had “verified” that there was no problem. We did not eat the dish at all, yet they were not willing to cancel that particular item or take responsibility.
Even after full payment, there was zero accountability, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Denying a genuine quality concern raised by customer is unacceptable, especially when food safety is involved.
This kind of attitude toward customer feedback and food quality is highly disappointing. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their quality control and customer handling."
"I had a great experience at the mess in Eranjoli Moosakkante Chayakkada. The food was simple, fresh, and homely—just the kind that makes you feel comfortable. It was served hot and tasted really good. The variety was decent, and everything was well-prepared.
What stood out even more was the staff’s behavior. They were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for good, wholesome mess food with respectful and courteous service."

"This place has been a favorite for a long time. The food is of high quality, especially the snacks and tea, which taste great.
However, the prices have gone up and don’t feel worth the money. The service also needs improvement"

"Authentic Kerala flavors in Dubai
The nostalgic ambiance, combined with the aroma of freshly brewed chai, instantly transports you to Kerala’s traditional tea shops.
Koonthal Nirachathu (stuffed squid) is an absolute delight.
Every dish is rich in taste, served in generous portions, and reasonably priced.
One small downside is that the sitting space inside is quite congested, However, the friendly and well-mannered staff make up for it."
