"Very disappointing experience. We ordered multiple items, and the Paalkkappa had a clearly bad taste. All four of us felt the same, and it also had a smell indicating it had started to go old. We immediately reported this to the staff. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they refused to accept any feedback and claimed the chef had “verified” that there was no problem. We did not eat the dish at all, yet they were not willing to cancel that particular item or take responsibility. Even after full payment, there was zero accountability, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Denying a genuine quality concern raised by customer is unacceptable, especially when food safety is involved. This kind of attitude toward customer feedback and food quality is highly disappointing. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their quality control and customer handling."
