"A True Taste of Kerala at Ambadi Restaurant Had an absolutely amazing meal at Ambadi Restaurant in Karama, and it truly felt like a little trip back to Kerala 🇮🇳✨ We tried the Kerala chicken biriyani, karimeen (pearl spot) roast, and prawns fry—every single dish was packed with authentic flavour, perfectly spiced, and cooked just right. The biriyani was aromatic and comforting, the karimeen roast was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the prawns fry was simply addictive. What really stands out is the value for money. The prices are extremely affordable, especially considering the quality and taste. They even serve Kerala meals for just 10 AED, including fried fish—which is honestly a steal in Dubai. "This is a Kerelite restaurant. It was recommended by one of our foodie friend. The ambience of the place is very average, the space can probably accomodate ~30 guests at one time. We ordered kerela thali. The food was served on banana leaf by the owner himself and his wife with lot of love. The food was very delicious. We were very late for lunch(4:30 pm) so probably that's why the food was not very hot but really delicious. The per thali cost was very reasonable. Overall excellent food and great owner, who takes pleasure in seving the guests."

"Authentic most delicious wide range of Malabar food. Most other places won't serve dishes like Puttu Kadla after morning hours but Ambadi does. What also stood out in my experience was the affordability of the dishes in te menu. A big Parking is is also just close by. We went on a Sunday afternoon and both parking and a table at the restaurant were available. Definitely recommend."
